Because our dreadlock extensions are handmade to order, please distinguish between processing time and shipping time:

- Processing Time: This is the time it takes to hand-craft, quality-check, and pack your extensions. Please allow 2-4 business weeks for processing.
- Shipping Time: This is the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your door once it leaves our studio.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Ali's Tangled Magic is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
