Our synthetic dreadlock extensions are handmade. Because of this, each set is unique. You acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture, and thickness are expected and do not constitute a product defect. As stated in our Refund Policy, all hair extensions are hygienic products and are Final Sale. Once the product has been delivered or the service has been completed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
